Eurex Clearing
With this newsflash, Eurex Clearing reminds you about the requirements of the ISV Registration & Software Management initiative.
As announced via Eurex Clearing Circular 037/24, Eurex Clearing launched a new process for registering the Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), registration of in-house and third-party software, and assignment of software to the FIXML and FpML accounts. As a part of this initiative, all affected parties are required to complete the below steps in the Member Section in a timely manner.
Required Actions:
As announced via Eurex Clearing Circular 044/25, the General Terms and Conditions to the Agreement on Technical Connection to the Clearing EDP of Eurex Clearing AG, as outlined in Attachment 1, are updated to reflect the new requirements introduced with this initiative with the effective date of 30 June 2025.
All parties are, therefore, required to complete the above-mentioned steps to remain compliant with the updated contractual framework.
More information on the details of the initiative is available via the following link: ISV Registration & Software Management.
